Edgewood Estates Subdivision at Buena Vista SK

2007 In 2007 perimeter tree planting continued with additional mature spruce trees. Concrete curbs and gutter were placed in May and roadways are now completed. The entrance to Edgewood Estates has been landscaped. Home construction continues on sold lots.
2006 In 2006 major site preparation and construction began. Underground services of power, gas, telephone and cable, water and sewer were put in. The entrance and access roads were graded. Site lots were staked out and a viewing platform was built. Landscaping continued with more tree planting. Home construction started late in the year. 2005 Edgewood Estates began in 2005 with the purchase of 40 acres on the top ridge of Buena Vista overlooking Last Mountain Lake. Site planning began and construction approval was secured. Landscaping began with the planting of evergreen trees along the south edge of the development.
